All business management professionals undergo extensive training on the innerworkings of the music industry as part of their initial onboarding. Every staff member must pass a position-specific test to demonstrate mastery over the subject matter. As staff members are promoted, they must undergo additional training and testing to demonstrate their increased mastery over the subject matter. Additionally, continuing education is provided to ensure our entire team is kept up to date with changing matters in the music industry.
New hires in the business management department at Leftbrain remain client agnostic until they complete their initial training and pass their music industry test. They are then trained on specific clients and must pass additional tests for each client before being officially assigned that client. This is to ensure that your entire team has been fully trained on your specific account.
Not all business management team members are specifically employed by Leftbrain. Insurance brokers, wealth managers, and foreign tax accountants are just a few examples of team members critical to your long and short-term success that are not typically handled by your business manager.
All members of the Leftbrain business management team are either required or encouraged to gain specific certifications in various subject matters. All business managers, assistant business managers, and bookkeepers must be both QuickBooks and Bill.com Certified. Tax accountants must either have their CPA or be working towards their CPA.
